  • Want to place a custom BRIM order?
    Simply contact us by email @bluebirdbrims@yahoo.com or by phone (304) 894-1009 to discuss the details of your order. Alot of detail and consideration goes into creating a custom, one-of-a-kind peice and we want to get it PERFECT! Custom BRIMS will require a nonrefundable deposit in order to solidify a hat of your specified size, quality, and design. We make hats in both 100% premium wool and poly blend or faux suede for cheaper alternatives.
  • How do I care for my custom BRIM?
    With a clean, dry cloth, wipe away surface dirt and debris. If your hat is a light color, use a white or light-colored microfiber cloth. If the hat needs deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with a small amount of dish soap or mild, bleach free detergent. Keep in mind, your custom BRIM is adorned with a combination of embellishments which may include delicate feathers, beads, cards, or other materials not intended for rugged outdoor wear. Never leave your hat in hot or humid conditions such as inside a hot vehicle or on the dash. Always store your hat in a cool, dry place to ensure the maintenance of proper shaping and fit.
  • Can I pick-up my items locally?
    Local pick-up is available as time and scheduling allows in order to reduce and eliminate shipping costs. A one-time $5 fee will be applied for local pickup orders. Just reach out with these requests in advance.
